We do not accept returns and replacements once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. However, we do make exceptions in few cases.

If you receive your order with one or more broken bottles, incorrect item or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please reach out to us via email or call us. In such instances, you will be asked to return the product and will notify you further upon inspection. We will issue you a refund or send replacement bottles at our discretion. We may ask for a proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
